The Maxi-Cosi Axiss rotates 90-degrees on its base, enabling a child to be easily lifted in or out of the seat from the car’s side door.  The rotation can be set to right or left, so that the seat and child can be turned towards the appropriate car door.  The Axiss works with a traditional 3-point car seat belt which is threaded through its L-shaped frame. The frame has colour-coded belt guides and also includes seat belt tensioners to ensure a firm and correct fit, leaving the seat itself to rotate freely.
