It was great that the stickers were already on the bug because my daughter loved it as I got it out of the box. The Bug looked very strong and sturdy. There was no excess packaging and no irritating tags. I took the bug straight out of the box, pulled the legs and it was ready for use! It was great for both of my daughters. My two year old had to learn how to sit on it and push it along with her legs. She did keep standing up but quickly learnt how to do it. It is very sturdy and strong. The younger end of the recommended age was maybe too young but children develop differently. The great thing with this is that it is very transferable to situations. We have used it inside and outside. We have also packed it into the car to take to grandparents. The character is lovely, and my daughters also love it. This is very good for gross motor development. My daughter had to learn to push it with both feet at the same time. I think as it is so sturdy and easy to get on and off that they can explore with confidence on this Scuttlebug. The bug definitely keeps my Childs attention. They have attached their separate dolls to it. The quality of the bug is fantastic, much better than I thought! The product offers great value for money as it is very well made and it will last and can be used all summer. A very lovely looking product that is also appealing to the eye. The packaging was quite plain looking and the toy did not require assembly. I was slightly worried at first to let my child play on this because it was her first time on a bike of any sort. The toy was great in a playable context because Ava loved the look of it and would talk to it. The toy helps with my Childs development because she had to use her concentration to get on and off the bike and she also had to understand where to put her hands and feet to operate the bike. The toy helps to keep my Childs attention for quite a long time too. I thought the toy was a great idea and it seemed of very satisfactory quality. I loved the fact that it was a bug and allocated specifically for my daughters age range. The only thing with this product is that it will not grow with the child because of the age range, but it suits its purpose well for the right aged child. The toy offers fantastic value for money and we will continue to use it. I would also have considered buying it and will recommend this to friends and family with the top marks it deserves! I thought the Scuttlebug was a brilliant idea! Compared to the usual kid’s toys that are bulky this Scuttlebug is great because it takes up very little space. The product arrived in an attractive box with good descriptions and clear and colorful pictures. The Scuttlebug does not require assembly but you need to be able to fold it up and down. The instructions are clear and really simple to do. The toy age was appropriate and I had no concerns about my Boy playing on it because it looks very safe and sturdy. In a playable context it was great because it captured the attention of my child very well and also my older child enjoyed playing too. This toy helped with my Boy’s motor skills. He had to figure out how to get on and off it and also how to make it go without falling off. My child keeps coming back to this toy and loves using it. The quality of the toy seems great, I was afraid that it might be a little flimsy but it seems to be tough enough. I love the fact that the Scuttlebug folds down and I really like the design of it because it’s very appealing to children. It’s hard to compare this product to other bikes on the market because the Scuttlebug provides the folding function and most other’s don’t. So it really depends what you are looking for. Now that I have tested this product I would consider buying it for someone with limited space in their home or anyone who is looking for a toy that you can pop easily into the bottom of your Buggy.
